Armenia's President Armen Sarkisyan signed the decree appointing Aram Mkrtchyan as judge of General Jurisdiction of First Instance Court of Lori region.
Aram Mkrtchyan was appointed to the position, according to the presidential decree of July 17, News.am reports.
