The Armenian newspaper Hraparak published an article written by journalist Vahe Makaryan, who visited the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan. He admires the road built by the Azerbaijani government to bypass the city of Lachin.
"We moved forward and began to admire the quality of the magnificent road built by the Azerbaijanis," he writes.
Azerbaijanis plowed mountains, built tunnels and bridges in a few months, laying an excellent road that meets all international standards, with the necessary high-quality markings, side rails and reflectors.
