Armenian Electoral Code draft adopted by second hearing

The National Assembly of Armenia (Parliament) adopted the Electoral Code draft by a second hearing. 

94 voted in favor, 18 against, and 4 abstained from voting.

According to the document, the parliamentary elections are the only nation-wide direct elections. They will be carried out exclusively according to the proportional system (according to party lists), NEWS.am reports.
