Armenian Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan has addressed the demonstrators in Yerevan, urging them to be more moderate in their protests against higher electricity prices. He asked the police to explain every action directed towards the activists, TASS reports.
Andreasyan emphasized that the Sanitek garbage company had the right to demand the return of garbage containers the protesters used to build barricades on the Marshal Bagramyan Avenue.
