Armenian pensioners will be be able to receive their benefits in non-cash, with bank cards. The decision was made at today's Cabinet meeting.
The non-cash payments will also include funeral subsidies, honor fees, retirement benefits, and social payments for other groups of the population - disability pensions, the benefits paid in case of the death of the family breadwinner, NEWS.am reports.
