EMERCOM representatives of the Krasnodar Territory have warned about avalanche risks in highland areas of Sochi from 18.00pm on January 7 to 18.00pm on January 10, Yuga.ru reports.
Rescuers call on the public to refrain from being in the mountains during snowfalls and not to visit slopes steeper than 30 degrees, which can produce avalanches.
