Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by Minister of Information and Communications Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mohammad-Javad Azari Jahromi, the Azerbaijani President's website said.
Earlier today, Ilham Aliyev has received the Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Nikolay Nikiforov.
