Azerbaijani Energy Minister Natig Aliyev praised the results of meeting between OPEC and non-OPEC countries in Vienna, Azerbaijan's Energy Ministry reported.
"Aliyev said that the meeting took place in positive direction and OPEC and non-OPEC countries agreed on a Declaration of Cooperation," the report says.
