The head of the press service of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, Vagif Dargahli, has caught his Armenian counterpart Artsrun Hovhannisyan using photos taken during the conflict in Donbass in his post on Facebook as evidence of huge losses of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
"These pictures have nothing to do with the Azerbaijani special forces. They were taken 2-3 years ago during the fighting in the Ukraine area and are now being used by Armenians on social networks," he said.
Recall, on the night of April 2 all frontier positions of Azerbaijan were exposed to heavy fire from large-caliber weapons, mortars, grenade launchers and guns. In addition, Azerbaijani settlements near the front line, densely populated by civilians, were shelled.
