The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry commented on the charges of the Armenian side regarding the fact that Hakob Hambartsumyan was allegedly shot dead by Azerbaijani soldiers.
They believe that such an attempt aims to conceal the current tense criminal situation in Armenia.
The ministry noted that the village is located far from the contact line of troops and the Azerbaijani side has no relation with the death of Hakob Hambartsumyan, Trend reports.
