The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair from the United States, James Warlick, wrote on Twitter that the status quo in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is unacceptable.
"The OSCE Minsk Group is not satisfied with the status quo. We are fully committed to negotiations for a peaceful settlement," Warlick noted.
The German Foreign Minister, OSCE Chairman, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, earlier said that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is not frozen and Germany is campaigning for an intensification of the negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group.
