Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov won't be able to join a meeting with his colleagues from the CIS countries in Moscow.
"This is linked with the fact that Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev is to pay a visit to Azerbaijan on April 8th,'' RIA Novosti cites the statement of the press service of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Moscow .
It is known that Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov will represent Baku in Moscow.
Recall that the meeting of the Council of CIS Foreign Ministers is to take place in Moscow on April 8th.
