UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, speaking at the summit of 'Big Twenty' (G20) in Antalya, stated that he welcomes urgent steps of the international community to address the Syrian crisis after the terrorist attacks in Paris.
He noted that right now the world has a rare chance to end the violence in Syria through diplomatic means.
According to Ban Ki-moon, the response to terrorism must be firm, but within the framework of the supremacy of law and respect for human rights.
