Extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Belarus to Turkmenistan, Oleg Tabanyuhov, held a series of meetings in Ashgabat with representatives of Turkmenistan’s Cabinet of Ministers.
The sides discussed cooperation between the two countries on a wide range of issues in the spheres of trade, industry, agriculture, construction, science, education and culture.
The parties stressed the strategic nature of their bilateral cooperation and the significant potential for its intensive development, and confirmed their interest in further expansion of cooperation in all these areas, Trend reports with reference to the ministry.
Recall, the construction of the Garlyk mining and processing enterprise in Turkmenistan’s Lebap region is one of the main projects in the economic partnership between the two countries.
