The solution of health problems is more important for the authorities of North Ossetia than sponsorship of Alania FC, the acting head of the republic Vyacheslav Bitarov said on the program 'Press Club' on the 'Russia 24' channel.
He recalled that the problem with the provision of medications to patients in the region is acute.
Bitarov admitted that the players, "who have faithfully done their work are not to blame" and assured that all the money they spent during the last away match has been returned.
According to the acting head of the republic, 740 thousand rubles will be allocated from extrabudgetary sources.
Vyacheslav Bitarov also said that he instructed the acting Minister of Sports of the republic, Hassan Baroev, to develop a national program of development of children’s and youth football.
