Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said that he intends to hold a conversation with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the acute Syrian issue.
"We held a conversation with US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and requested talks with Lavrov," TASS cited him as saying. "We need to strengthen coordination between us, strengthen diplomatic work," Cavusoglu stressed.
