The United States has added five Russian nationals, including Chechnya’s leader Ramzan Kadyrov, to the sanctions list under the Sergei Magnitsky Rule of Law Accountability Act, the US Department of the Treasury said.
Besides, sanctions were imposed on Ayub Katayv, Yulia Mayorova, Andrei Pavlov and Alexei Sheshenya.
