Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev has appointed Saule Aitpayeva as children's commissioner in Kazakhstan, the presidential press office has said.
By another decree, the president dismissed Zagipa Balieva from this position, Interfax-Kazakhstan reported.
Balieva served as children's commissioner since March 2016.
