Leaders of Dagestan with a company from Japan have concluded an agreement to form a new enterprise in order to create a new generation fuel, the head of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Yusup Umavov said.
"Dagestanenergo and a Japanese company signed an agreement during the visit of a Japanese delegation to Dagestan, in order to establish a joint venture and produce new generation fuel,’’ RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
