Crimea has approved the budget for 2016. Its deficit amounted to 19.3 billion rubles, or 22.3% of spending.
According to the Crimean Minister of Finance, Vladimir Levandovsky, the deficit of the Crimean budget is technical, as the State Duma is to increase the subsidy to the amount of the deficit in March 2016.
