Hungarian low-cost carrier Wizz Air will launch direct flights between Kutaisi, Georgia and Venice, Italy this December, operating two weekly round-trips.
The inaugural flight is scheduled for December 2, with regular service on Tuesdays and Saturdays throughout the winter season.
Tickets are currently available starting at 120 lari (US$44) for one-way travel, with flight duration approximately four hours.
It was previously announced that the company is reducing the frequency of flights between Kutaisi and Vienna.
Wizz Air already connects Georgia with 23 international destinations.
