A Russian serviceman in the Caucasus region of Chechnya killed four other servicemen yesterday, then he was killed by the members of an alert unit, a Federal National Guard Troops Service spokesman said.
A man who opened fire was a senior lieutenant of National Guard Troops, TASS reported.
According to the Kommersant newspaper, the serviceman was drunk.
