Leaders of seven EU member states and Turkey will meet for a mini-summit on migration, ahead of a regular EU summit later the same day.
The prime ministers of Austria, German, Sweden, Finland, Luxemburg, the Netherlands and Greece will discuss a "scheme to resettle Syrian refugees from Turkey to Europe" with the Turkish PM Ahmet Davutoglu," TASS reports with reference to a diplomatic source.
