The agreement initialed between Armenia and EU will probably be signed during the Eastern Partnership Summit to be held in Brussels in November, the head of the European Parliament delegation, Heidi Hautala, said.
According to Radio Liberty, she stressed that the implementation of the OSCE/ODIHR recommendations regarding the parliamentary elections held on Sunday is considered as part of the agreement implementation, News.am reported.
