The European Union member states continue their work to create a financial mechanism for circumventing U.S. sanctions against Iran, spokesperson for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Maja Kocijancic said.
She noted that, according to the information available, this work is “progressing well”.
“We hope that a special financial mechanism will be created in the coming weeks," RIA Novosti cited Kocijancic as saying.
