Elkhan Aleskerov: appointment of Ali Asadov as PM marks new stage in Azerbaijan's public administration

Appointment of Ali Asadov as Azerbaijani Prime Minister marks a new stage in the republic's public administration, Director of the Baku Network expert council Elkhan Aleskerov told the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza, commenting on the unanimous vote in the Milli Majlis for the new head of government.

"Public administration in Azerbaijan requires a new level of efficiency. Azerbaijan enters the year of 2020 with an updated plan of goals and objectives, which increases the requirements for the government," he said.

"Here it is necessary to note the level of our leader, President Ilham Aliyev, who is one of the brightest personalities among world leaders.
