Elmar Mammadyarov lays wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Moscow

Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs, Elmar Mammadyarov, took part today in the ceremony of laying flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Alexander Garden in Moscow, the correspondent of the Vestnik Kavkaza reports.

Elmar Mammadyarov arrived in Russia on an official visit on the eve of the 25th anniversary of the Azerbaijani-Russian diplomatic ties, which were established on April 4, 1992.

On Monday, during the visit, he held talks with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and attend the opening of the exhibition dedicated to the 25th anniversary of establishing diplomatic contacts between the two countries.
