Erdoğan: Over 1.3 million refugees returned from Türkiye to Syria

To date, 1.29 million refugees have returned to Syria, accoriding to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan statement to reporters on November 9.

"As Syria strengthens its unity and stability, refugee returns from around the world are increasing. Since 2016, the number of people who have returned to Syria has reached 1.29 million",

Erdoğan reported.

The president described the figures as "encouraging and positive", confirming that Türkiye is constructing housing in Syria to support this process.
