Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has transferred his powers to the country's Vice President Fuat Oktay, the Turkish media reported.
The presidential powers were transferred in connection with Erdogan’s visit to Hungary, which started October 8 and will last until October 9.
Last time Erdogan transferred his powers to Fuat Oktay during the visit to Russia September 2018, Trend reported.
