The euro rose to 70 rubles for the first time since November last year during the today's trading on the Moscow stock exchange.
The euro exchange rate rose 0.60 rubles and was worth 69.80 rubles on the Moscow exchange, as of 13:36. RIA Novosti reported.
As of 13:17 pm, the dollar increased by 0.54 rubles and was worth 59.9 rubles.
