The euro exchange rate fell to 59 rubles at the Moscow Exchange for the first time since June 3, 2015.
As of 11:02 (MSK), the euro exchange rate reached 59.88 rubles.
The dollar exchange rate, in turn, declined by 0.46 rubles and was worth 56.65 rubles, Gazeta.ru reports.
