The Shield of Kafa tournament-festival on historical fencing kicked off today in Feodosia. The two-day tournament will be held in the territory of the medieval fortress Kafa.
The participants of the tournament, which recreates the atmosphere of the 13-15th centuries, are the athletes from Moscow, Krasnodar, Sevastopol, Simferopol, Feodosia, Rostov and other cities. These are representatives of the military-historical clubs that independently created historical armor and weapons, Interfax reports.
