The head of the Russian Presidential Administration, Sergey Ivanov, said that all financial and social issues of the participation of Russian troops in Syria have been resolved.
"All social and financial issues related to the maintenance of Russian Air Force servicemen involved in this operation will be met, and decisions on that have already been taken," he added.
