A natural fire was extinguished in the Gelendzhik region between the settlements of Praskoveevka and Dzhanhot.
"The fire was extinguished at 6:20," RIA Novosti cites the local office of the Russian ministry for emergency situations as saying.
Vestnik Kavkaza reported that the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Vladimir Puchkov, took the elimination of fire under personal control.
