Foreign Ministers of Georgia and Belarus discuss cooperation

The Foreign Ministers of Georgia and Belarus, Tamar Beruchashvili and Vladimir Makei, held talks.

"Belarus is sincerely interested in deepening and expanding the bilateral relations across all areas. We are interested in cooperation on all the issues" Belta cited Mackey as saying.

He recalled that President Alexander Lukashenko paid a visit to Georgia at the end of April this year during which a number of agreements were signed. Belarus aims to ensure that these arrangements should be implemented in full, Vladimir Makei stressed.

Georgia Minister of Foreign Affairs Tamar Beruchashvili, in her turn, confirmed her intention to use the positive momentum of bilateral relations.
