The French Prime Minister Manuel Valls said that Europe is currently in a state of war.
"Europe is in a state of war. The terror threat remains on the highest level," he said after an emergency meeting.
Manuel Valls also expressed his condolences to the families of victims and expressed solidarity with the authorities and the people of Belgium, Gazeta.ru reports.
