Tragic events in Paris is the consequence of a major failure of not only French, but also "European intelligence services”, which could not prevent terrorists attacks, TASS cited the Times newspaper with reference to the British security experts.
"French intelligence services have a good record but there is some evidence of that their technical ability and methods of work have slipped. The German intelligence services are good, but their actions are bureaucratic. And the Belgians are simply incompetent,” the representative of the UK security forces said.
