The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, Fumio Kishida, will visit Iran and Qatar on October 11.
He will meet with his counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif in Tehran. The main purpose of the visit is to reach an agreement on the signing of a bilateral agreement on investment, which should provide Japanese companies with the same rights as local businessmen. Also, the document will ensure the ban on the transfer of Japanese engineering and technology to third parties and countries.
