Georgia is preparing to send its troops to Afghanistan to take part in a NATO-led peacekeeping mission.
The 52nd Batallion of the 5th Infantry Brigade are training in the 'Krtsanisi' training center under the supervision of US Marines, then they will go to Germany to participate in the final stage of connection of the Georgian military to the peacekeeping mission, Trend reports.
