Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili has signed a decree pardoning 95 prison inmates," the chairman of the presidential commission for pardons, Zviad Koridze, said.
Koridze clarified that the presidential decree allows 95 people to leave penitentiaries today and reduces the terms of 26 inmates.
