Germany intends to discuss the possibility of introducing another humanitarian pause in Aleppo at talks of the Normandy Four in Minsk, the German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said.
"We are trying to take advantage of today's talks with Russia in Minsk in order to ensure humanitarian support to Aleppo in the coming days," Sputnik cited Steinmeier as saying.
