The Governor of the US State of Hawaii David Ige called for the memory of the victims of the Khojaly massacre to be honored in an official proclamation, the Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Los Angeles said.
Hawaii has become the 19th US state to condemn the Khojaly massacre, Trend reports.
Earlier, the declaration of 'Khojaly Remembrance Day' was signed by the Governor of the US State of Nebraska, Pete Ricketts.
