A park named after the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev will be opened in the center of Grozny until the end of this year.
The Mayor of the Chechen capital Muslim Khuchiev said that construction is being carried out within the framework of the priority project titled 'Formation of a modern urban environment'.
The park will be located on about 10 thousand square meters. Its main decoration will be a monument and two Maiden towers, TASS reported.
