Direct passenger railway communication between Baku and Sumgait will be organized in early September, the head of the press service of the Azerbaijan Railways, Nadir Azmamedov, said.
"At the moment construction works at the passenger platform of the Sumgait station are underway," Trend cited the head of the press service as saying.
