French President Francois Hollande called on Russia to stop its operation in Syria.
"We ask Russian to stop its actions because thousands of people were displaced by the bombardments. We need to ensure that Bashar al-Assad will resign".
The French President also said that Assad was massacring his people, helped by Moscow.
