French President Francois Hollande and Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the lifting of anti-Russia sanctions, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said.
“Sanctions will be lifted when the Minsk agreements are given life. Our current goal now is holding elections [in Ukraine] in March,” Fabius said.
