3 billion euros will be transferred to Turkey after specific projects to solve the migration crisis are presented, French President Francois Hollande said.
"The agreement with Turkey is based on very clear terms: Turkey must fulfill 72 criteria to release Turkish citizens from the need for short-term visas. In addition, 3 billion euros will be allocated to Turkey only if there are specific projects in favor of refugees," RIA Novosti cited Hollande as saying.
