President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Herbert Salber.
Ilham Aliyev and Herbert Salber said that the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is one of the most important factors for the regional stability.
