Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has expressed his condolences to the minister of the Two Holy Mosques, King of Saudi Arabia, Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, in connection with numerous victims in the crowd crush which occurred during the ritual activities in the Mina Valley near Mecca.
‘‘We are deeply shocked by the news of the deaths and injuries as a result of a crush of numerous pilgrims that occurred during the hajj,’’ the letter of condolence reports.
The Azerbaijani President expressed deep condolences to the king, his family and relatives of the victims and wished them to heal the injured, Trend reports.
