Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said that a deep economic and financial crisis continues in the world.
The president noted that an economic decline is being observed both in European and in Asian countries. Aliyev said that the task of the government is not to discuss the causes of the global economic crisis, but "to protect our country and its economy from negative processes going on in the world".
He added that there is enough information to do an analysis, which shows that "the main causes of this crisis are the violation of stability and the political interests of some countries,” Trend reports.
